The market closed on a beautiful fall day, what a great end to the season! Despite a cold, snowy morning on our first day, we have had a great season with over 30 vendors in attendance every week. Our regular vendors were back for the 2009 season and we had some great new faces and products join our market. We're already very excited about our 2010 Season!

About Our Market |

The Cochrane Environmental Action Committee sponsors and operates the Cochrane Farmers' Market at the Cochrane Ranche Historic Site. The market is run by CEAC volunteers and all proceeds from the market go to support CEAC in its efforts to make Cochrane a more envionmentally aware and active community.
The market runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Saturday, rain or shine, from the begining of June until the end of September.
The Cochrane Ranche Historic Site is located north of Highway 1A just west of downtown. The market takes place in the parking lot of the Ranche, a site that is ringed with mature poplar trees. The Town of Cochrane and the Ranche are popular destinations on Saturday mornings so we have enjoyed great attendance!
In 2008 the Cochrane Farmers' Market celebrated 10 years and we continue to grow, 2009 was our best year ever! We have loyal customers that visit our vendors each and every week. We're looking forward to another year of growth in 2010.

The Cochrane Market is "The Little Market in the Heart of Big Hill Country". We may be one of the smaller markets in the area but you will not be disappointed with the variety of products offered by our vendors. Our seasonal vendors are the heart of our market, they keep our customers returning week after week. Our weekly vendors keep the market exciting, customers never know who may show up next week and they realize that they may not return for several weeks.
